Manufacturing Capabilities

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with an impressive array of machinery and technology specifically designed to tackle the unique challenges of aerospace manufacturing. Our machine shop includes nine CNC Lathes, five CNC Mills (all with 5-axis), and three Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), empowering us to efficiently process a high volume of work while maintaining the highest standards of precision. This robust setup equips us to handle toughest materials known in the industry, such as Inconel, Hastelloy, Waspalloy, and Haynes, which are crucial in aerospace manufacturing.


At the core of our operations, we use industry-leading CAD & CAM software, namely SolidWorks and Mastercam. This not only ensures that we stay at the forefront of design and manufacturing methods, but also allows us the flexibility to work with all file types, accommodating the diverse needs of our clients.
